Her experience on working with children and youth took place in theatres, community centres, and schools in Europe and Canada. By working with children and youth, she had many opportunities to direct several theatre performances. Her teaching approach is based mostly on devised theatre, when she works without a pre-existing script wherein the participants can create and perform together. She also believes that theatre can be used as a tool for social purposes such as: social justice, community building, and education.
